First day - please help

Can someone check my first day for me? Just want to make sure i am doing it right. Thanks so much x

Breakfast: 2 eggs, 1/4 avocado and tomatoes
lunch: chicken cooked in coconut oil on salad leaves with 6 olives, cucumber, tomato, 1/4 avocado, small portion of ff cheese covered in dressing.
snack: two eggs with mayo
dinner: minced lamb stew with spices and lots of spinach, served on cauli rice with a dollop of greek yogurt

Sounds good! Jut make sure you use plenty of fat and drink lots of water

Thanks @BIWI. I'm three days in and it's going well. One thing I'm struggling with is adding fat that isn't cheese. Any tips?

Choose fattier cuts of meat - so 15% fat mince rather than lean mince, chicken thighs (with the skin on!) rather than skinless chicken breast.

Cook with butter and/or oil, add oily dressings to salad, add butter to your veg, and a dollop of mayo on the side of your plate is good!

Fry rather than grill
