Ubercamp/breakthrough type diet

I'm stuck. I've not had my head in the game for ages. So I started thinking about the 3 day diet I remember from the 90s. The one where you eat broccoli and beetroot and ice cream. And frankfurters. It's short. It's prescriptive. It's extremely simple to prepare. I feel I need to be told.what to eat at the moment til I get back into it.
I mentioned this on another thread and someone kindly reminded me of ubercamp. Would it work to do ubercamp every week for a while, for three days then relax it? Til I get some weight off?
I get so tangled up in thinking about it all I never no what to do for the best. Such a procrastinator.

It's worth a try! Just make sure you're getting a range of veg and salad as well.
