Morning all

the Spreadsheet

I hope that the scale are kind to you this morning.

Looks like it's going to be a lovely week, weather-wise - always makes me look at the stuff in my wardrobe and wonder what will fit Grin

... but there are still two weeks to go, so a chance to drop a few more pounds as well.

Good luck for the week ahead Flowers

Morning all
BIWI I can't get to the spreadsheet via the link up there I had to use last weeks link.

Well, I've put on 0.4lbs this week. I'm not surprised, as I increased weight by 1.4 from the Monday to the Tuesday last week and it's taken all week to get that increase off again.
Boobs still swollen and slightly painful, so I think it is all totm related, although it is dragging on a bit. Hoping for a whoosh soon.

I'm really proud of myself, though, as I'm still here. I've never got to week 9 before. Grin

Hope everyone has good losses Flowers

Thanks Captain. Keep drinking the water to make the whoosh happen.

Thanks Stunt. Actually, that's a good point, I probably haven't been drinking enough water.

Back up .2lbs. Though I've been as much as 4lbs heavier in the last week. Hoping this coming week will see a whoosh. Fingers not so swollen the last few days...

Morning all :)

3lbs off this week taking me down to 16st 13lbs and 20lbs lost on bootcamp Grin over the moon with that although slightly embarrassed about last weeks wobble Blush

This morning I got up super early for work and went to Tesco first thing to pick up some things for lunches. I've been using the excuse that I'm too busy to eat at work, but I'm hoping if there's food in the fridge ready for me I'll grab it. I picked up:

Smoked salmon
Cheddar cubes
2 x avocados
2 x bags of salad leaves
Caesar dressing (2g carb per 100g)
Cooked chicken breast
Cherry tomatoes
Chorizo slices

My plan is: chicken and chorizo salad
Chicken Caesar salad with cheese
2 x smoked salmon and salad
Cheese salad

All of it is nice and high in fat so should keep me going :) creamy coffees for breakfast I think.

Good luck everyone!

A nice loss for me this week. Only 2lbs more to loose until I hit the 3 stone loss mark.

Yesterday we visited a friends. Everyone had takeaway pizza for dinner and I didn't have anything. Luckily while everyone was eating I was holding a very tiny 2 week old baby - a great distraction from food!

Another couple of pounds for me too this week, which is ace!
I'd kinda resigned myself to weight creep and middle aged spread, but now I'm actually the lightest I've been for about five years!
Well done all you losers, and everyone for sticking with it, KOKO.

Tiny loss but ok coz I'm living on microwave food and pub food due to having no kitchen. Should be back with a working oven (but no hob) by Friday hopefully, then I can get back on track.

Some good losses today, I am pleased with my result 2.25 pounds off, although that all seemed to be lost earlier in the week. My weight has stayed the same for the last few days but time of the month started today so hopefully I will start to feel a bit less bloated now.

Can I just check, is the 17th April the last weigh in? We go on holiday on the 17th so might be a bit harder to follow all the time.

What do most people do when the bootcamp ends? Follow it still?

Just managed to eat lunch and have a couple of minutes spare Grin

I had gravadlax (smoked salmon with a dill dressing, 6g carb per 100g) with avocado, salad, 3 cherry tomatoes and Caesar dressing.

Yesterday I was really really proud of myself and DP. We went scrambling up at a local national park. Lots and lots of hills and uneven ground etc but we walked 5 miles and had a low carb picnic of cooked chicken from Morrisons, olives and chorizo Grin. The weather was gorgeous and we were walking from 2pm until 6:30pm due to the difficult terrain, and we got home absolutely tuckered out (as were the dogs!)

Today my legs are achy but we're off to the gym after work, I'm hoping eating food at lunch will mean I've got a bit of extra energy and I'll be able to manage it despite my aching!

Onwards and downwards :)

boatgirl81 this is my first bootcamp but I'm reliably informed there's a 'between' thread on here. I definitely plan to keep going, I have to!

NightSky the Natural Low Carb Store sell nice low carb ready meals. They're a little pricey but you can buy in bulk to save money. I've tried the Chicken Laksa Lemak and the Thai Beef Broth both would be nice with some microwaved cauli or broccoli rice or other low carb vegetable. The best thing is that they are stored at room temperature and have a long-shelf life so you can keep them in your cupboard for low carb emergencies.

No longer morbid Grin well done. Huge achievement!! And 3lbs off, fantastic. Any loss is so beneficial to your future health so big big well done

Can't weigh again, no scales but my clothes feel looser. Actually i feel a bit scared to weigh myself again. I haven't really pooped much in about 10 days. Any ideas on that? I'm eating lots of veg including odd nibble of starchier stuff like sweet potato (very small amounts and not every meal) so not really sure what else to do. I don't even have a stomach ache, but come on bowels! Work!! (I have EDS so this does just sometimes happen)

Hesdead Congratulations
Dogblep I suffer with constipation. Stunt recommend pysillium husk and they worked for me. I bought ground husks and drink in a glass of water
