Hey all, it's been a while. I started on the Bootcamp nearly 3 years ago, and stuck religiously to low carbing for a long time, with absolutely no success. It was very disheartening. Anyway, I've since given up low carb, put on another 2.5 stone :O and discovered an undiagnosed thyroid problem, which is now being treated, and was likely to have been a big factor in my failure.
So now I'm ready to give weight loss another go, but am wondering what low carbers think of the blood sugar diet? They seem pretty similar. I know low carb well, and can do it without much effort, but am worried I still won't be able to lose weight. Maybe BSD is worth a try instead. Have any of you found one or the other to be more successful or easier to work with?
