I followed the last bootcamp and lost an amazing 1.5 stone and have been maintaining (ish) over last month.
I know I've got a hectic couple of weeks in work coming up and really don't want to undo the good work. I am thinking of buying a slow cooker today as a way to keep LCHF up during busy times but I'm stuck for ideas.
So far I've come up with chilli, shepherds pie and lemony chicken. All with veg in butter / cheese on side.
Does anyone have any other ideas for recipes which can successfully transfer to a slow cooker?
