Started low carbing last week & I am in ketosis according to urine test. I also have traces of protein and I'm just wondering if its something I should be concerned about?
Any white blood cells? Unlikely to be of concern otherwise - ketones indicate your body is in starvation mode, which is the aim of low-carb dieting.
Oh yea, I am thrilled with the ketones. I was just wondering about the protein. Everything else was fine
Are you drinking enough? 2 -3 litres a day is about right.
