Morning all!

Sorry for the later than usual start but I have the advantage of a later start myself today so had a bit of a lie-in.

Anyway here's the Spreadsheet of Doom for you all

Just one more week before our final weigh-in next Monday. Fingers crossed that there's time to lose another couple of pesky pounds before then!

No weigh in for me again since I'm at my mum's house and she doesn't own any scales.

If anyone would like some extra support over the next few months then my company Ways of Eating runs a Low Carb program with access to an app and Coaching from one of our program leaders or a nutritionist. If anyone is interested then PM me for a £10 discount code which brings the cost down to £69 for the 11-week program. The first 10 days are free so if you decide it's not for you then you don't pay. The program is less strict than Bootcamp so it could be ideal for sustaining your weight loss over the summer months. We also offer a free week if anyone wants to try out the app and Coaching.

Another pound off for me. which is great as have had a very naughty weekend with loads of alcohol. All I can say in my defence is that I kept on the straight and narrow foodwise, and stuck to wine and ignored the sugary Pimms!

Thanks for the new thread BIWI. Hope you're fully recovered from your cold now.

6lbs off this week.

I am now 16st8lbs, when I started bootcamp I was 19st12lbs Shock My BMI today is 29.78 (I'm very tall) so not obese only overweight for the first time since a long time.

The weight is falling off and I'm really happy with that. Went into work this morning and I now home already, have been made redundant, so fingers crossed I don't let that ruin my weight loss!

Good luck weighing in everybody, can't believe it's nearly finish Grin

Thanks BIWI and glad to hear you had a nice lie-in!

Wow well done Pippi and I hope you're doing OK after such a shock...

I'm on 163.7, back down to where I was two weeks ago. So at least my strange gain has gone and I'm hoping it means I'm back on a firmly downward trajectory after all the fluctuating. But I'm still above my lowest BC weight which was in Week 5! So my goal has to be to finish BC at a new low...

Pippilotta I'm sorry to hear your news Sad Presumably you knew it was coming though? (Although that doesn't necessarily make it any better!)

But brilliant news about no longer being obese Flowers

Lost 5lbs this week! I have also now lost 2 stone 4 lbs since starting low carb, over a stone of that with Bootcamp. Still a long way to go, but I'm getting there :)

Well done on the weightloss Pip, but sorry about your job.

Sorry that you are not seeing results Tits :( how much have you lost overall?

Betty BIWI - thanks, it wasn't a shock, exactly, my industry is having a terrible time just now, but I was assured last week my position was safe Hmm Still, looking forward to some time off, spend some time with the children and at least I get to avoid my upcoming work trip to Saudi...Grin Got some gardening leave, need to get some legal advice, but I appear to have a very good settlement so I think it's not so bad as it might be...

I never thought I would be so happy to be 'overweight'! My target is between 11 and 12st which is BMI around 20 and where I used to be. It doesn't seem so far away now (I know it is, I'm not going to fall off the truck because I think I'm nearly there!)

Tits - have you tried to keep protein fairly low also as carbs? I find that's what is working for me. Sorry if I repeat other advice to you. How disheartening for you, but at least you are not gaining... Also maybe you are losing inches or something? I don't know Flowers

BloodRed the next one will be around September time for the run up to Christmas. There will be ongoing threads after this to take us to the next Bootcamp and all the information you need is on the spreadsheet so you can still start now if you like.

Some fantastic losses here, well done!

Forgot to weigh myself this morning- overslept and then rushing to get ready. Will do it tomorrow morning instead. I think I've stayed the same this week though. My weight loss seems to be slow with a couple of weeks of no loss and then a 1-2lb loss.

Forgot to weigh-in until after I had already had breakfast and guzzled bucket loads of water (37 degrees hereShock). Will do it tomorrow.

Amazing losses, losers!

Sorry about your job Pippi.

What's the fathead pizza???

Fathead pizza www.ditchthecarbs.com/2015/04/23/fat-head-pizza/

I find this amount makes 2 decent sized pizzas.
