Hi all, I've been low carbing for a couple of weeks now after having baby no2 in January. Have about a stone and a half to shift. Pretty happy with how it's going so far and am finding the recipe threads a brilliant resource but I just have a few questions and I was wondering if anyone can help?
1. The amount of fat I'm eating concerns me, particularly all the butter I'm cooking with. I have never eaten so much fat in my life! Is this healthy or will it be clogging up my arteries in the long term? 2. I'm eating so many eggs. Is there a limit to the number you can healthily eat in a day/week before you need to worry?
