I saw a range of nut butters in Sainsburys yesterday, they were fairly low carb so I bought a few, an almond and a cashew one, they brand was pip and nut.

What can I do with them? Other than as a dip/spread, any ideas?

I like almond butter swirled into yogurt.

I keep meaning to try it on chicken. I'm thinking mixed with soy sauce and chilli, like a sort of satay.

Fill the centre of a celery stick with nut butter.
