....but when I eat too much its messing with my blood sugar levels and causing me to overeat as a result (and feel crappy at the same time). So I know I shouldn't eat too much fruit but am feeling annoyed that I'm missing out on the lovely summer fruit around me at the moment.
Why miss something that is causing you problems? Try focussing on all the lovely summer veg and salad instead! And after the first two weeks of Bootcamp you CAN have done fruit, albeit in moderation. (especially if you know it's messing your blood sugars up)
