Gonna properly keep track on here for a bit, so i can hopefully see what needs tweaking myself :)

Plus, when i keep track properly, it keeps me on track, so i'll be filling the chat thread up less with every single morsel that passes my lips Grin

Breakfast - 1 scrambled egg with butter and milk (ffs dh), mushrooms cooked in with the egg, streaky bacon. Coffee with cream

Lunch - 1/2 tin tuna in oil, an avocado, spring onion, hm mayo. Green tea with mint

Water so far - 2 litres

Dinner was lc chilli (minced beef, shallots and celery, mushrooms, cauli) with cauli cheese and sour cream. And it was bloody volcanic!!
