I started today. Have done this before but can't remember a lot of what I are but was delighted at the results. I have a wedding in a month and need to lose a good bit. :-/. Anyway, today I ate: breakfast-2 boiled eggs. Dinner: leftover bacon and cabbage fried up. tea: boiled egg, rashers, baked camembert. Does this sound ok? I feel very full. I will be doing my shop tomo so will hve more variety in the house. I also had loads of water and green tea...
