Good morning everyone!

I hope you're all still with us, to come and add your final weigh-in to the Spreadsheet of Fabulousness

Or, on the Weight Tracker

It seems like there have been some really good losses on this Bootcamp, and so Flowers for you all!

Hope you all have a very good week

Morning. Blown it for my last weigh in- up 2 pounds after a blip (and it was a small blip) on Saturday. Think I can get rid quickly though, so overall I have lost 17 pounds on this BC. Very pleased, most of this was in first 4 weeks but I'm generally happy with this woe. Still got about 3 stone to go so carrying on.
Thanks for support on first bc and merry christmas to you all.

Wow Elf, 17lbs is amazing, well done!

I am sticking with Saturday's WI after having a bit of a naan bread issue and my bodyweight in wine on Saturday. I had a great night though and was back on it yesterday, even with a pretty mammoth hangover.

Going to move WI to Thursday or Friday now til the start of the next BC as this suits me a bit better as I always weigh less then. Will still be around so hoping there'll be others wanting to chat?

Good morning, my final weigh in puts me at 158lbs, very pleased! My weight hasn't shifted much over the last few weeks but overall this has been such a positive experience for me. And I look great Wink.
Only problem is I still can't edit the spreadsheet (the 'edit' button has disappeared). Could someone please update it for me?

Hope this isn't too cheeky, but in January I intend to do a Whole30 - sort of like a month-long ultra bootcamp, although some of the allowed veg are not BC compliant. If anyone would like to find out more/join in we're over here.

I'm also pointing people at your next bootcamp, BIWI, if the whole30 is too big a step. Thanks so much for running them. I will join in the jan BC threads if that's ok - as I said, the two have differences but they're largely compatible.

Morning everyone

STS this week so that's 11 lbs off over the course of this bootcamp which I'm really pleased with as usually when doing an IVF cycle I put on around a stone!

Not such good news this morning with the pregnancy test Sad but onwards and upwards

I will definitely be sticking with this WOE as I feel so much better in myself - much less bloated and sluggish although the January bootcamp may be a little difficult as we have a cruise booked for the first 2 weeks of feb but I am going to try and stick with it as much as possible

Wishing everyone a Merry low carb Christmas and a lighter New Year Grin

Morning all. Rather disappointing STS for me this week, the wine and petits four midweek has bitten back; total 17.2 lbs off this bootcamp so very happy with that overall. I am just going to carry on until Christmas.

Morning everyone, congrats to everybody on their loss over the course of this boot camp! Flowers

I'm 2lbs down today which is nice as I had been stuck for a couple of weeks but it seems to have got moving again now, so 8lb overall this bootcamp for me. Fingers crossed I can get in to the size 10 dress in my wardrobe for my birthday in just over a week, that would be a fantastic present seeing as last year I was at least 3 sizes bigger and avoiding anything resembling a nice dress Grin

2lbs down! Can't believe how much weight I've lost on bootcamp and how much better I'm feeling. I think I'll definitely be keeping up with low carbing.

Thank you so much BIWI for everything Flowers

And well done to everyone on their achievements during BC! Flowers

Tanukisan I eat Paleo (well Primal really, due to a little dairy) so I would like to join in your whole 30 thread as well as Jan bootcamp if that's ok.

Hello all! I can't do the spreadsheet anymore either due to lack of edit button but I am very pleased to report my final weigh-in is 172lb, having started at my heaviest ever weight of 196. So I lost 24lbs on BC which is amazing. I'm so pleased and there have been so many benefits. Will be carrying on as have a short term goal of moving anywhere under 172, mid-term of getting to 168 and long-term (Jan BC - spring) of getting to 161.
Well done everyone, it's been a fantastic process, thanks for all the support. Will look forward to a christmas chat/ support thread if there is one.

2lb off for me, so 22lb in total! :):)

Have updated the Spreadsheet of Fabulousness but the Weight tracker is claiming that there is no Boot Camp on now Sad That might be true(ish) - but we still want to input our final weights! Grin I like seeing the pretty lnes

Down to 10stone 3lb according to the scales, which I have placed at the same point throughout the BootCamp. However, my challenge is going to be in the January BootCamp, when I am going to start afresh, placing them at a more accurate less forgiving place on the bathroom floor.

At least it's an incentive not to go too mad over Christmas, so that the number isn't even more horrific than it is already Wink

Tanukisan and Yongian - I have input your weights into the Spreadsheet. Great results! :)

Some brilliant results being posted! I will weigh in tomorrow as I've mostly weighed on Tuesdays. Not holding out much hope for the massive change in weight I'd hoped for. I'm sure the Whoosh Fairy needs a new sat nav as she seems to have lost my address! Still, looking at the positives, I have stopped the slow creep upwards and improved my blood sugars. I have also come out of this BC with the knowledge that disaster, for me at any rate, lies with dairy and sweeteners.

Hope some of you will keep popping in for a natter as I will be continuing to plough on in the hope of a decent reading on the scales by Christmas.Smile

Wow, really impressed with some of the results being posted and feeling a bit disappointed with my measly 10lbs. A huge well done to everyone Flowers

No idea on my weight as my scales have broken but I'm still mostly sticking with Bootcamp Light at 20 weeks pregnant.

Good that you can't are not weighing yourself any more Stuntnun - just concentrate on staying healthy and enjoying your pregnancy.

BIWI can you get MN to do a decreasing weight tracker for next BC?

What do you mean, cardoon? I'm not sure what you're after!

You know, one that shows pounds lost hopefully in a downward direction. Not sure if this is even feasible Confused

OK. I don't use the weight tracker, so I'm not quite sure how it actually works!

I can't see why it wouldn't be - but I did think that that was the whole point of the weigh tracker? Hmm

A graph that shows a trend line? I'm sure I've seen images of some bootcampers showing the fluctuations of daily weighing but the trend is downwards overall? Maybe it needs to be an app or something.....

Pretty I'm loving it! This is my last pregnancy and I'm determined to make the most of it. I'm not one bit bothered by how much weight I put on as I lost it last time on Bootcamp and I can do it again. Now I've got all my 'thin' clothes stashed away in my wardrobe to look forward to next winter.

Still with you! I went the no weigh route and have lost at least 2 inches off my stomach. Back into clothes which would indicate about a stone off.
Everything else is looser and having eaten this way for over a year, I think I've broken the carb habit. I mean I still like my choc and cakes, but there's been an odd reversal in that low carb high fat is the norm, whereas the other stuff is the exception. If I eat too much sweet stuff or bread and potatoes, I feel crazily hungry and up and down. I feel bad, not out of guilt, but physically bad.
With a family history of rampaging diabetes, it has to be this way. I am lucky to have got this far in life with a fully functioning pancreas so I have to look after it.
Biwi, and assistants, thanks as ever. Your research, your fab recipes and devotion to the cause are above and beyond.

2.5lb on for me following tummy bug rebound, so a 5.4lb loss overall this BC. Feeling rather robbed and wondering why it's so hard, given that I love, feel great on, and find it easy to stick to this WOE. Glad to not still be 5lb heavier, though!

I'll carry on, aiming to sts over Xmas, and join Jan BC.

So sorry youremy . Been in your shoes. Hope you can kick back and enjoy Xmas. Flowers

Yes congratulations Trash for this week's loss!

Things I like from the spreadsheet are that it tells me the percentage of my weight lost so far; and the total amount lost so far.

From the spreadsheet I also get the sense I'm not doing this alone ... but obviously that is also apparent from the threads and the fact that the tracker's graph is much more successful is different to my own weight loss.

My own weight loss is going well - today I've reached half-a-stone off this bootcamp!

I do think that both the graphs on the tracker are upside-down by the way. We need to see the lines going DOWN!
