Low carbing and would like to follow a fitness plan?

I would like to follow some sort of fitness plan, but not sure which is best. Ideally something with strength and cardio aimed at women. I've got 30 day shred which I've tried to do a few times but not stuck to it. Can anyone recommend something on youtube or similar? Would need to be something I can do at home.

I'm not sure if it's on YouTube, but Shaun t is ace. And hard.......

It does get easier quite quickly though.
