Here is the Spreadsheet and the Weight Tracker

I hope your weigh-in this morning is good! Just one more week, and hopefully we can shed at least one more of those pesky pounds.

Morning everyone Smile

Hope you are all doing better than me, I won't talk about it but it has not been good. I am going back up the way Sad I had reached 214lbs two weeks ago then put 3lbs back on and have stayed at 217lbs the past two weeks. This week I am going to stick to BC completely, I feel much better on BC and LC food so why do I eat stuff I know makes me feel shit?!

I ran out of cream yesterday for coffee so made BPC. I made one for OH too, I told him to stay out of the kitchen while I made it and said I wouldn't tell him what was in it until he had tried it. He was very surprised once he found out, he didn't love it but said he could drink it in an emergency!

B: Fried egg, BPC
L: Chicken satay type thing with salad
D: TBC

Good morning all, back from training / social weekend so battered, bruised with a slight headache. No real loss this morning
So like Sayra I'm going to buckle down for the next few weeks doing a mixture of Uber and Bootcamp proper as I've got to work out if its a stall, carb twattyness or just me slowing down finally.

b. yogurt & cream
L. Cornbeef, eggs & salad
D. pink fish and spinach

Checking in but lacking in gruntle as the scales have STS once again.

I've also STS but did fall face first into a bottle of wine of the weekend so shouldn't be too surprised!

After being 'stuck' last week and losing nothing, the scales are finally moving again and I am down 2.8 lbs this week. Feels good to be getting a result.

I can tell a difference in how my clothes are fitting, and a few people have commented on how my face looks thinner. No one has commented about my figure looking slimmer, which would seem to indicate
a. they're not very observant / I have learned to camouflage my extra weight well
b. I've got more to lose than I realised
c. Most of my current circle have never seen me any other size. Basically, i put on weight with my pregnancy, and have stayed the same size ever since. I'm finally losing the 'baby weight' over a decade later!

Can't say I've got noticeably more energy, but am now accustomed to feeling a bit 'empty', but not hungry.

Hi all...I'm down on last week and now exactly -7kgs since I started LC-ing, feel and look much better already. I have another 16kgs to go so still a way off yet. But I haven't been that size in 10 years so can't quite imagine actually making it right now!

Past 2/3 days I haven't done too well on water so I'm going to get that back on track, but also I've not been hungry in the mornings for breakfast so have waited til lunchtime to eat, I'm not sure that's a good thing as want to wake up the metabolism in the mornings - is it ok not to have breakfast (if not hungry) or should I just eat something anyway?

Its stayed the same Earlybird.

I'm going back to weighing in Tuesday. Weighed a day early last week due to wedding trip on Tuesday. Had a really hard week. The wedding was very upsetting (long story!) and what with the stress of the day and the long trip my FMS has been up the spout this week. Managed to stay on track until Saturday and Sunday when I went off a bit. Nothing mega, just a bit more in the way of sweeteners than I normally have, 2 or 3 fat bombs and some yoghurt with cream. I know the yoghurt is BC but I've been in a stall that's lasted months and I was supposed to be trying to give it up for this BC. Bit cross with myself for letting it all get to me as I desperately wanted to manage a NSZ for the end of this BC. Sad

Fingers crossed for me that I get a nice surprise tomorrow!

Checking in, I'm 10st 8 today but on AF and that always adds about 5lbs, have eaten 3 cheesestrings and part of an Atkins shake since the night before last now. Having root canal on weds so guess I will be losing a lot more weight than I thought... :( So hungry and struggling with water.

SchroSawMargeryDaw · 18/08/2014 12:59

Miffy I'm in the same situation with sweeteners atm due to feeling awful, I know I shouldn't but I feel too rubbish to think of anything good IYSWIM?

Sorry the wedding was upsetting. :(

Good luck with that one Schro. Sad I find though that if I'm not well, or I don't eat for some reason, its actually counter productive. I either don't lose or I lose and then gain it back fast. When I had a root canal I didn't find it as bad as I expected. Make yourself up a batch of soup so you're prepared. You can always stick it in the freezer for a future bad day if you don't need it!

I have been doing well with avoiding sweeteners but can't say it helped with the actual weight loss. I did find that giving in to the fancy for a diet drink was what seemed to double the cravings so I tried to stick with the yoghurt as damage limitation. Sometimes a rich, Greek yoghurt with a dollop of thick cream gives enough of a sense of luxury mouth-feel to keep me off the more dangerous stuff!

I'm away to make some mushroom soup with a box of mushrooms that are approaching the end of life. Can't do with waste! Grin

I'm currently away camping so am about to enter the weight I was when we left on Saturday which was, unfortunately, a lb up. Since we've been here, I was very good (not counting alcohol) until yesterday evening when I discovered they had run out of chicken kebabs (the campsite does hot food) I was so cross (had been looking forward to them all day) I had pizza and some chips. Followed by a shared ice cream. This morning I had bread. Couldn't have done much worse than that could I?! It's such a slippery slope, I've been so grumpy and cross with myself today as a result. I'd come do well prepared - loads of eggs, deli meats, Greek yogurt, even home made low carb granola. However, if 'm really good from now on, I'm hoping the scales will be the same next weekend as this one just gone and overall it will still have been a successful first bootcamp.

SchroSawMargeryDaw · 18/08/2014 14:07

Miffy I don't have a problem with sweeteners either and I find being able to give in to a craving with something that tastes sweet quite helpful, I know I would never go for the real stuff.

Hoping that the root canal will be okay, it's on a tooth at the front and they're going in through the back, not the top and no crown...

Sorry to see you're not well Schro Get well soon.
I'm amazed and thrilled that I've lost 1lb this week.
I made the flax bread yesterday and it's not pleasant at all Envy I won't be bothering again.

Wombat Thanks, just devoured another bowl of fromage frais with 3 strawberries (little ones) and sf strawberry syrup. Blush It's all I can eat at the moment really so I am just having it and will worry about it later.

Good that you have lost 1lb! :o I still haven't bought flax seed, was tempted to make a part almond/part flax loaf as I like seeded but maybe not!

Omg, I am in love with my DP. He's being really nice to me today with the toothache and feeling rank and has just made me aubergine chips... Why on earth have I never had these before? I'm dipping them in guacamole and I'm in heaven, so lovely and yummy and not painful!

Just checking in.
Didn't have a great weekend.. Went into Edinburgh for the festival and it was heaving! Had an amazing day with dp and the dc's until we realised it was 5:30 and we would have to feed them. Couldn't get a table anywhere so ended up in Pizza Hut.. I ate pizza. Felt shit afterwards, bloated and lethargic.
Was really good on Sunday and today so hopefully won't be too bad but I'm gutted with myself.
I probably didn't drink enough water either.

Hi all
Late check in from me and I haven't been around much last week, busy with work and also have some stressful health issues going on (investigations etc) so have been a bit down which usually means comfort eating!

Anyhow the good news is I weighed this morning and am back down to 154.8 which is almost back to where I was before my holiday blip so I'm pleased about that.

We are off to Turkey for a week on Sunday afternoon so I'll probably weigh in on Sunday morning and hope to lose a lb or two more before then. It's an all inclusive holiday so will be a challenge to not undo all my good work.

Will update the spreadsheet once I'm on a proper computer.

Have a good week everyone

Hi guys, I'm on hols and surprisingly meals are pretty good lc wise. Breakfast continental,so the fullest fat creamy yogurt, boiled eggs etc. lots of lush salads and meat. But I am on hols so I'm afraid some discrepancy has occurred vis a vis booze and ice creams.(no gin or voddie on AI) However I have kicked milk and sugar, potatoes and bread, so it will be better on return. Many thanks to biwi and all the all the other lc gurus.
