Well, finally, we reach the finish line! One more week to shout your shit.

Here's the Spreadsheet of Fabulousness

And the Weight Tracker

Hope the results are positive for you today - and that the rest of this week gives you time to drop another pound or two.

BIWI Mon 17-Mar-14 07:14:10

Whoops - will ask MN to edit the title. I know it's week 10 but I have a sticky '0' key!

RatherBeOnThePiste Mon 17-Mar-14 07:16:53

You need to see someone about that love.

RatherBeOnThePiste Mon 17-Mar-14 07:19:11

Can't believe this is week 10!

Monday mornings are daft here, this was no better, so will weigh in tomorrow. Think it will be another pound off.

Good luck for weigh ins and hope all have a good week X

sybilfaulty Mon 17-Mar-14 07:19:53

Thanks for the thread, BIWI. STS here. Good luck everyone.

PseudoBadger Mon 17-Mar-14 07:22:53

2lb off which I'm very pleased with smile Hope everyone has a good week!

Thumbwitch Mon 17-Mar-14 07:24:46

I'm weighing in tomorrow morning in the hope that being good today will somehow counteract the badness of the weekend. I had actually gone down a couple more lbs, so will see if they somehow disappear again overnight! <hopeful>

<Wees on thread.>

Well I stayed the same again, I was expecting this because of my over indulgence the last few days.

I cannot believe this is the last week, where did that time go?!

Can honestly say that I have not missed bread, potatoes, pasta or rice at all. What I continue to struggle with is the less obvious carbs and also chocolate. I cannot give it up, I now stick to dark chocolate but fear I eat too much of the stuff if I want to loose more weight. I will keep going as I enjoy this WOE.

Thanks for the journey BIWI et all thanks

Morning everyone.

STS - not surprising as I haven't had my dieting head on this week - a carb fest on Monday then too much cream, wine etc. during the week. I've not been exercising either as I've been a bit under the weather. Sorry for abandoning the thread - I've just some complicated stuff going on with work and needed all my headspace for that. Well done everyone who is still loosing and continuing on under adverse circumstances! There are some very strong people on here grin thanks

I'm actually wondering about easing off a bit - only a little bit mind! I was wondering about eating more carby veg such as butternut squash but not potatoes or sweetcorn. I'm not sure that my metabolism is quite right for bootcamp - I struggle to drink the 6 litres of water that I seem to need, I still feel tired, I certainly haven't got the stamina I used to have when exercising, I seem to have delayed healing of a few spots on my face and I've got a persistent patch of eczema that came up in week one and won't go. (What a tale of woe!).

Happy Monday everyone.

Sad that this is the last week sad but hopefully the ongoing chat threads will be busy and help keep everyone on track.

There is no way I am going back to the WOE I had before, this is the lightest I have been in a long time and its been really easy. I've been off track once or twice but found it easy to get back on, I know this isn't the same for everyone, so I feel that I could keep this WOE up as a way of life.

Thank you BIWI for doing this, you have helped so many people thanks and also to willie for the spreadsheet, I really like it smile

Just spotted shamrock so had to put one in.

B: Coffee with cream
L: Mushroom omelette with salad
D: ?

Have a good day everyone grin

Morning all, and good luck everyone - is this the last week? I will need to keep on keeping on forever I think.

hi all,
I floundered a bit this week - don't really know why - and roughly stayed the same (about 0.5 lbs on) but I've wavered up and down these few pounds for weeks now. I have set myself a new deadline of another stone off in the next six weeks in time for DH's special birthday trip to a hotel.
I will try ubercamping for a bit just to see if that kicks things in to action.

HOpe you are all having a good week and a more successful one than mine.

On the upside though, I have to battle with some of my DH's foodie misdemeanours and some of them i have definitely cracked. I decided a few months ago that I felt dirty after eating Chinese takeaway. He turned up with a mega takeaway on Saturday (having 'nipped out to get apples'??!!) and I tried a bit, and really felt repulsed by all the gloopy sauces. It didn't feel like a treat and I felt a bit poisoned, even by a little portion. So that is a mini triumph.

I hope these chats continue after the end of Bootcamp.

Seri77 Mon 17-Mar-14 08:09:45

Another 1.1lbs off which I'm very pleased with as I have had a horrible sore throat necessitating many cups of tea with milk (and some chocolate).

So I have now lost 11lbs in total, this means I'm one third of the way to my ultimate target. And I'm only 1.2lbs away from being under 11 stone. Not sure if I'll manage that before final weigh in but like others I intend to keep going.

I think chatting on these threads and the feeling of support has been the main factor in my weight loss. Thank you everyone smile

mirpuppet Mon 17-Mar-14 08:11:43

Lost .6 of a pound so basically STS.

NeverEndingLaundry Mon 17-Mar-14 08:43:19

Not weighing til tomorrow when I might be down to the loss I saw yesterday my week 1 will be up.

So glad I found you lot. You're all a mine of info and support. Congratulations to all the long-haulers. I wanna be like you-hooo-oo

I've definitely found booze the hardest to avoid and ended up having wine 3 nights in a row. blush This after going dry nearly all January. Must try harder, Laundry.

This week I have learnt some surprising truths:

1) flaxseed pizza is one helluva good meal. (I'm still full from last night)

2) my family will eat my lamb curry with a whole bag of frozen spinach cooked into it and actually preferred it this way. NB spinach smoothie is not good.

3) I actually don't crave bread. but get thee behind me, snickers bar

FelixFelix Mon 17-Mar-14 08:58:03

Thank you for the new thread. I know I'm a very latecomer but I hope the chatter continues as you've all been ace and very helpful! Need to do a shop but got a driving lesson tonight so it will probably end up being Wednesday. I've got stuff in for tea but may end up with random breakfast and dinners! I may have to ask what I can make out of what I've got left... I've just boiled some eggs for breakfast smile

BIWI Mon 17-Mar-14 09:18:18

The chat will definitely continue, Felix! What happens is that I will start one more thread next week, which will be an ongoing one, rather than a new one every week.

Plenty of people who will still be going or who just need the support and understanding of other low carvers.

sueh95 Mon 17-Mar-14 09:21:07

Up 4lbs hoping its TOTM sad

Well done to the losers and the STSamers, thanks both BIWI and Williefor keeping us going. I'm staying on the LCHF path even if it takes me a year to get where I want to be - I love the WOE and don't miss the carbs at all smile

trashcanjunkie Mon 17-Mar-14 09:21:37

HeirToTheIronThrone Mon 17-Mar-14 09:47:35

0.4lbs down - which is a surprise after much booze and too much dark chocolate this weekend. Also, TOTM. And I had 4 chips at the pub yesterday.

I am definitely in this for the long haul so will be about for chat Felix!

I just had strawberries and cream for breakfast smile

thenightsky Mon 17-Mar-14 09:48:16

Stayed the same. I was down 3lb on Friday, but carby twattery over the weekend has ruined my Monday weigh in.
