Morning all!

Hope all who are ailing are swiftly recovered.

And hope all of those who have fallen off the wagon can climb back on with agility and aplomb.

We still have three weeks left, so a chance to get shot of another few of those pesky pounds.

Here is the Spreadsheet of Fabulousness

and here is the link to the Weight Tracker

Good luck everyone Flowers

Morning all, no official weigh yet today but I think I've STS. Nightmare teething constantly feeding then pooing baby, and toddler who has foregone sleep has led me to eat more nuts than is good for me I fear.

Good morning, BIWI and losers! Thanks to everyone for the support. I do not post much but I catch up with the thread regularly and it is very motivating.
A small loss for me this week which I am very pleased about as I have sinned. Having spent 5 hours making and decorating DD's birthday cake I could not resist a piece! It was lovely but I got a bad headache after I ate it and I am convinced it was the sugar!!
Good luck to everyone.

Good Morning BIWI I can't believe how fast this whole bootcamp is moving on. It will be over in three short weeks. I will miss it dreadfully, I'm not the most prolific poster but I read it several times a day and get so much from it.

What am amazing bunch of Mumsnetters you all are. I'm sure my husband doesn't quite get how you can feel so happy or so sad/upset for someone you have never actually met. But that's the way I feel when I read some of the posts, what some of you are going through right now. And STILL managing to low carb!!

Well that's me done......clearly over sharing because of my PMT Grin Have a good day fellow bootcampers.

Can I confess to a slight cheat here..? Regarding weigh in? I have put down that I am 1.5lb down because I was yesterday and I was perfectly behaved food-wise yesterday and will NOT accept the spurious figure on the scales this morning.

Morning all Wink

We'll still be here after the ten weeks, though! The support is invaluable, as well as the sense of friendship and camaraderie.

Anyhoo - off to work. Laters!

Helium I would do the same, the scales are clearly experiencing the Monday morning Blues and are determined to make you suffer too.

As Hazel OConnor. Sang ' On the eighth day, computers got upset"!! Grin

Lost one pound here. Didn't think that was coming so am really pleased.

The coming week? Will be on über camp just to see what happens.

Other than that will just keep on keeping on.

Love to all, extra to those poorly folk and families and those struggling. I'm in awe of so many of you. X

Morning everyone. I wasn't going to we this morning but curiosity got the better of me. Result was 2lb down from last week and a whopping 4lb over boot camp (9.5 since jan 1 tho).

Today's plan:

B: scrambled Suggs, tiny sploosh of cream, lots of butter
L: garlic prawns, avocado, olive oil
D: not sure - DH away all week so something that will do me a couple of nights at least

Thanks for the thread, BIWI.

Don't we have 4 weeks to go? On the grounds we "do" week ten and then shout ta da! I am only asking as I am needing to clamber on and get my head down big style, so an extra week would be marvellous.

Well done to everyone who has lost, hope all the sickies are better and hope that we all have a good week.

Love to you all

Woohoo! 2lbs down - completely delighted!!! Did 3 day ubercamp last week and its sent me on my way. (Still heavier than when I started but going in the right direction now). Grin Grin

Good luck to everyone else - and although I don't post often - I love the forum and how everyone is so supportive.

Another pound off woohoo but good intentions to start Ubercamp have failed due to two boakey children. I ended up eating Greek yoghurt straight from the tub instead.

sybil you are surely correct with your maths! Grin

Athel - best of luck for this week, the move etc.

Chester - well done for the 2lb loss!

Durham - ohh I loved that little Hazel number.

sue - well done! :)

Morning all, and thanks for the new thread.
Well done everyone still going on, and yay for losses.

I’ve stayed the same as I guessed. I’ve had some really good and very LC days this week, but they’ve been balanced out by the odd carb twattery and loads of cream… I think I’ve slightly lost that driving motivation now to really push for more of a loss, unfortunately, and forcing it when I’m already stressed doesn’t really feel right. It’s going to be a busy couple of weeks, so maybe I just won’t have time to overindulge…

Thanks for Athelstane - I’m sorry you’ve got so much shit to deal with right now, and Helium too – I hope SS gets sorted and done with soon, and I really hope there’s some consequences to him for making the false allegations!

Ambassador wow a triathlon? In awe :)

Plan today is
B: Fried eggs and coffee with coconut oil.
L: Leftovers from last night’s creamy fish stew.
D: Pork chop, swede mash and fresh spinach.

0.00000000

I still feel a bit bloated, look a bit bloated, therefore feel shit. Meh.
I was hoping to feel better today what with TOTM, but no. I have peer support duty to do today and I feel grumpy, fat, ugly and lacking in confidence now.
Which is why a started bootcamp, to feel better, lose weight and feel more confident in general.
I'm finding it hard not to jump into a dairy milk and cups of tea TBH.
Sad

P.s. The scales are being hidden for a while, so I can try to focus on how I feel and look (yikes) rather than weight loss.

Report
hazchem · 24/02/2014 09:10

Fuck it. I'm .2 pounds up. I still weigh more then I did on my first weigh in day. It's time of the month almost.

But honest I'm good. I really am. The only thing I can think of is to eat a little less dairy but really I don't have much. It worked so well before. Felt effortless.
Sorry for the whinge.

B)LSA porridge 2 coffee and cream
L) salad mayo, cheese and a little feta coffee with cream
D) chicken cooked in pesto with extra oil, salad and mayo
Drinks 6 herbal teas and 6 glasses of water maybe more.

This is a reasonably typical day but I normally have eggs or left over meat and veg for breakfast. Most nights I have a fat bomb as we eat dinner very early.

A grand loss of..... 0.2lbs for me! Still, the trend is my friend and all that, and potentially had quite a lot of wine and maybe a bit of cheesecake on Saturday night...

Report
monkeyfacegrace · 24/02/2014 09:13

Ah. I may have been a carby twat last night.
I had a gin and lemonade. Then another. Then fell into a whole packet of chocolate covered digestives Blush

Oh well. Still the same weight though, still a 20lb loss overall so wont beat myself up.

Onwards and downwards.

Well done everyone else x

4lb on!! Blimey. A shocker. But I'm on day 2 of an awful period and feeling majorly bloated and miserable so hopefully it's mostly down to that. It has also been half term here and we have been out for a couple of treat days where I have relaxed a bit. I'm going to try and have a really strict proper bootcamp week again and get back to at least where I was last week.
