Wow! So much nattering that we've filled up the thread before the end of the week!

Here's the link to the Spreadsheet of Fabulousness for tomorrow morning.

And, for the Weight Tracker I'm not quite sure what happens with this link I think that you will be asked to enter your weight for this week and then you will see your individual graph.

I hope you all had a good week last week, and very good luck for week 2.

I don't actually know what's going to happen tomorrow morning, (i.e. from midnight onwards), but I believe that when you clock into mumsnet.com/bootcamp that you will be able to enter this week's weight, and that your individual graph will appear.

It's like the Marauder's map in Hogwart's, isn't it? Grin

It's pretty crude Pistey, bum, one thigh (couldn't be arsed with 2!), hips and waist. I know I've shrunk as I'm currently wearing a onesie an item of clothing that DP gave me for Christmas which didn't fit, it's now baggy!

Hello! Checking back in for first time in a couple of days. Had hen do yesterday and basically the weekend has been a write off from a BC point of view. Not going to record my weekend's intake because it's nothing to be proud of - and there was loooooads of booze. I always new this would happen and so am raring to get back on it. Next thing on the horizon that might derail me again is on the 14th Feb so I'm going to be super good between now and then.

Not expecting to have lost at all at weigh in tomorrow (this is week two for me so have had the initial big dip already). but looking forward to trying the new gadgets anyway.

Thanks so much Keepon - that made me beam with pride! Grin I'm really glad you enjoyed them. Smile

Food today...
L - crispy bacon, fried tomatoes and mozzarella
S - pork scratchings
D - roast chicken with brussels sprouts and swede mash. I used some leftover celeriac mash from last night to thicken the gravy and it was delicious.
P - yoghurt with clotted cream, vanilla and flaxseed
Glass of red, too much tea, plenty of water

Just checking in ready for tomorrow's Big Reveal.

Crabby do you have a link to your website please? Must've missed it in the 1000 posts of W1!

Good luck everyone!

Nell it's //here. I haven't posted on it in ages but I want to start again during this bootcamp. I wish I could have been bothered to photograph DP making the braised pigs' cheeks earlier. I wasn't feeling very well and couldn't be arsed to set the lights up and faff around trying to make it all look nice! Grin I'll do it next time though as that's an amazing recipe and very cheap.

Yes Crabby Link please

I am really struggling to sleep, fine once I am off but just cannot get to sleep. It's often after 3am when I get to sleep so am constantly knackered.

Thank God you're all here. I panicked for a moment when I saw other thread full.

Good day here. was home alone so only cooking for me. Drank wine, but otherwise ok.

Spend 3 hours watching 'The men who made us fat' which was very enlightening.

Hi all, just caught up on the end of the last thread (since yesterday lunchtime).

BIWI - hope your head is feeling better now :) Sometimes you just have to do it don't you!

Jax - OUCH hope you are feeling much better!

Nux ya ninny. If I had a loss of 8.5lbs in one week I'd check to see if both arms were still attached Grin

I was hoping for a good glycogen loss week 1 - but alas, no - only a couple of lbs. Not sure I will have lost anything this week and I can't put the scales where they normally go, but will see in the morning.

Food has been 'on track' but I'm not drinking enough water :(

trashcanjunkie · 20/01/2014 00:48

I have only lost a pound. I think I may have overdone it on the cheese. I'm going to go without next week and see if that tweaks it. Also, looking at BIWIs rules, I'm supposed to drink 4 litres of water a day and I had misread and have drunk 3 per day... Nevermind, we'll see what happens next week. Bumfuck.

Lost almost 2 pounds :)

Some mention that Sweden has changed it's dietary stance to low carb wondering if anyone has any links? As the Nordic Nutrition Recommendation www.norden.org/en/publications/publikationer/nord-2013-009 looks pretty similar to the UK/Oz recommending lean meat and wholegrains with 60% of energy coming from carbs.
TIA
