Can anybody suggest beach holiday with local culture for family of 3, last week of October/start of November. I have been looking at places like Vietnam, India , Sri lanka ,Cuba and Mexico, but I am open to any other suggestions. I am not really into the big resorts with all inclusive so am looking for something a little more independent.
