Am i unreasonable to expect XH to ask/say to use my bathroom and not nose round my house

My XH picks my DS from my house. It was the marital home but I bought him out, so its all mine now. When he collects DS he comes in and sits down whilst I sort DS out with shoes etc. Today I could clearly see him looking round the dining room whilst I was putting DS' shoes on. I called XH into the hall and asked him what he'd been doing. He said he was just sitting on a chair! I told him he wasn't I saw him.

He also just goes to the bathroom/DS' room without saying where he's going. He basically treats it as if its his house. Aargh he drives me mad.

He also pays no maintenance and if I ask he says he has no money - he claims job seekers although I suspect he is working too. I'm going to ask him when he brings DS back what he's doing about Jan money, and if he says nothing then I'll be telling him I'm contacting the CSA.

Sorry, needed to rant a bit plus I'm pre-menstrual!

I think he's probably "interested" in what the goings on are and naturally curious. It must be very strange actually to be in the FMH.

There's a very good way of heading this off at the pass and that is he collects the child at the door?

I presume you have a definitive time for collections - so have the child ready to go?

Mine does this too...except he will ask to us the bathroom and head off up the stair. I suspected these bathroom visits were to allow him to nosey around...looking for what I don't know.
Anyway one day he was half way up the stair when I shouted up that I would send DS up with a new roll of toilet tissue cos the one in the bathroom was just finished. To which EXH replied 'that's ok I won't need it because not going to use the toilet'!
So he is going up the stairs into my bathroom but doesn't actually use the toilet...now I know the whole point is to look for something he thinks he will find up there!!
