I have been trying to get shared care removed from my claim since october last year. During which time maintenance was payable through a DEO. As exp didnt confirm he wasnt having overnight access with ds it stayed on there meaning that I have been recieving nothing as he's been on JSA since the begining of the year. Nagging at them must work as they sent him a letter, gave him so long to respond and unsurprisingly he hasnt so theyve overridden it.
I've lost count of how many times i told them at the end of last year and begining of this that there is no shared care at all. Including the last date he had ds overnight (mid october) and the last time he saw ds.

Hurray! Well done. Will you see more money? Is your ds OK?

Files away advice for later date!

I'll see a whole £5 a week but its more than what ive been getting and will help as im going through nappies like nobodies business. As annoying and time consuming as it is you really do need to keep on at them. They have pages and pages on my side of the file from me doing this. If like in my case the benefits department hadnt been alerted he was on JSA til end of May but they didnt know it was there. They knew cos of me phoning. DS is fine completely oblivious to FW.

Hell no!!! He doesnt have a clue aint heard from in 2 months, Im going to be really nice he can find out through any CSA letters after the event

A fiver is better than nothing and it all adds up. Being positive and determined is the only way to go.
