Belongings still in previous house

Hi.
I'm looking for some advise please.
I moved out of the family home with my 2 boys last year during the first lockdown.
I left with minimal things and set up in a rental.
I still own half of the other property where my ex husband still lives.
My question is
Do I have the right to go back into the property to get the last few items I have there?
