Hey there, you can get free legal advice from a family law solicitor, this is currently done over the phone, usually the child resides with the mother, and has visits with the father, I've been through court process twice with one of my exes to my two older children, and I'm heading through it again with both my exes to my 3 girls, if you could come to an arrangement that suits you both without court that's the best thing to do, court Is hell on the mental health

I'm not sure if I'm posting this in the right place, but I feel like it's time to end things with my partner, i love hom dearly still but he's cheated multiple times since before we had our child and continued since. (other things have happened alongside this which I don't feel comfortable saying right now) It's really began to impact my mental state and I've become quite depressed. However we have a two year old together and I'm confused about my rights as her mum, who she would reside with mostly and how to arrange child contact etc. While we've not split up uet, I'm trying to find out what happens next if anyone has experienced something similar? Thank you x
