(1 Post)My Husband has told my solicitor he doesn't want any involvement in his children anymore. Also he stopped working in January because he doesn't want to pay for his children. He also been in a relationship for one month and has got engaged with her while still married to me. My solicitor is helping me with my divorce. She also mentioned she can help me with other things. I'm not interested about leaving the country and I am not forcing him to see his children. My question is has anyone been in this position and what actions can a Solicitor take?
