Don't want to spend tomorrow without the kids while they go off with their dad.

I know that's not the idea, and they need to see him.

Miss them more when it's sunny days.

How long have you been separated?

Can you find something to occupy yourself

Sorry to hear you are missing the children. It is a big change. I know I find it hard too. I'm six months into the separation. Planning is key. Make sure you get out each day. I have taken up a volunteering opportunity that fills half a day. It does get easier in time.

I'm over a year into seperatation and still feel like this. Need to find a hobby to get me out or do something as im finding my self just laid on the sofa even in the nice weather we have now.

Oh I've been separated from my exH over 5 years but it doesn't seem to get any easier.

I always find the nice weather much harder. But friends are all tied up with family stuff and committing to anything regular is hard as contact is up and down.

I just get a empty feeling that I can't fill.
