Can you not continue with supported for now?

Why can he not see them unsupervised? Is their a family member /friend you would trust to supervise?

Wow that sounds so unfair on you. It's totally unreasonable for you to foot the cost of his inadequacy as a parent. Refer back to ss if you feel kids are at-risk and he goes straight to unsupervised. They can advise you. You can refer in as many times as
you need to. Doesn't sound to me like they should have closed case if there are still issues. I don't know what else to say, hope someone who's experienced this comes along soon. Feel for you. Hope it works out.

My ex had supervised contact . Mh issues, was unable to see child unsupervised . His mum supervised however when his mh deteriorated she was unable to prioritise my son .
I got him to take me to court which he didn’t attend courthowever didn’t bother. I wanted someone to assess his mh.
There will be a lot of history here no one on here will be aware of . If you have concerns do get advice .
