Hey guys I'm 18 years old and pregnant with my first baby. The boyfriend wants nothing to do with me or my baby, he was trying to bully me into abortion telling me if I didn't get rid of it he would kill himself and leave a note blaming me for everything. What i am struggling with the most is the fact I have lost my boyfriend, he has been absolutely vile to me but I can't help loving him. I am grateful my parents are supportive however his parents were informed and they are defending him and blaming me for everything. I just want my baby to live a happy life and be bought into a loving home. Any advice for me as I'm a young single mum?

Congratulations on your pregnancy :)

His family sound awful...but just ignore them. They are bound to be throwing insults around to deflect from the emotional abuse he put you thro (because threatening to kill yourself to control someone else is abusive).

Just one thing. .. you say you are in love with ex. Have you thought you might be in love with the idea of being in love /the dream of a relationship with him...rather than the reality of a relationshipwith him?

If he loved you hun...he wouldnt emotionally blackmail you. Or let his family attack you. You deserve better.
Concentrate on being a great mum. And look after yourself x
