My youngest has accidents at nights and I wondered on what people's view are with 'lifting'. The reason I ask is that my ex has started this with my daughter when he has her and I'm doing it for continuity for her but I thought you weren't meant to do that.
Please tell me what you think so I can decide on a more informed level please.

How old? I did for a short while with dd when she started wetting after being dry for a while. I made sure she was aware and not asleep when I took her or you are teaching them to pee in their sleep

She will be 5 in November. I wasn't sure if I should carry it on or see how she goes but have been doing it. Nights I've forgotten on been too late to go to bed and dinit, she's had an accident...

I will try to remember the 6pm shit off & see how it goes. I woke her just now for a wee and she went to toilet but no wee. I hope all goes well for the morning and will see what happens. Thank you!
