Baby's fall

So today dd fell whilst learning to walk, she has two bottom teeth and one top tooth coming through. As she fell she bit into her guns where the top tooth is ready to appear. It started pouring with blood and I took her to a&e but was only seen by a nurse not a doctor. Should I be worried? I can't stop thinking that she may have damaged her tooth permantly or something. I'm literally a nervousness wreck and have no one to share this with

She should be fine..My DS fell down stairs at 18 months chipped his tooth..His adult teeth have come through fine..

Take her to the dentist if you're still worried - they're much better placed to tell you about tooth problems than A&E.
