They are actually/mostly in the car whilst it is parked?

Or two men got out and now the car has been parked for 3 days?

What's worrying you about the car? Are the young men in the car a lot or is it just that it's an unknown car in the neighbourhood. Do you think they have you under surveillance? Is your boyfriend or partner visiting a lot and you are worried this might be misconstrued that you are living with someone?

Not sure I'd be that concerned unless they were sitting in the car all day/night.

No there in the car a lot of the time ... Last night they were sat in car from 9.30 pm till 2.22 when they drove off woke up this morning and they were there again one was asleep in passenger side and the other was on a laptop .... We have no worrys about living together stuff he no longer lives with me ( as we broke up a week ago and we both work legitimately ... This car has never been in street till 3 days ago ive asked neigbors and it belongs to no one ... Gonna just ask them what they are doing as im getting pissed off as they keep blocking my drive too when they leave there car in attended - nuisance

They sound rather too conspicuous to be doing surveillance so it could be people rough sleeping in their cars. It happens a lot. They may be young immigrants working in the area or 'new age travellers' adoping the sleeping in vans/cars lifestyle.

I'd either ask them what they were doing or call the police non emergency line and report the car to them so they can investigate.

I reported car to police we have a lot of kids playing out on culdisac and we don't like the idea of them being watched ect by two strangers in a car

I think I might be concerned too OP, but Hmm at guff about kids being watched playing outside. I'd say the police would take you far more seriously if you said you though they might be burglars/rough sleepers rather than creepy OVERT peado's infecting your naice cul-de-sac

Wow moomoo - what became of your sister in law then did she have to a spell inside over it? Or was she innocent.

No she was guilty! She got away with it though cause her fella who was living with her who wast supposed to be had a house he rented out to a friend, he just produced bills and stuff (still in his name), made it look like he lived alone at his.
