Ds is 8 weeks old and has a case of cradle cap, his father (who doesn't want me to bf presumably so he can have him unsupervised) asked yesterday what caused the cradle cap then went on to imply it could be the breastfeeding! Hmm

I've had other DCs father telling me how to 'discipline' them after one night of having one of them! Confused

Any other absurd comments

Oh the wisdom of pt parents! I apparently gave my ds no end of colds because I bath him in the morning...... obviously. And I was supposed to keep him strictly in the house for a week everytime he did have a cold. Ridiculous.

That newborn DS wasn't sleeping through the night because I didn't stimulate him enough in the day (day 3 this was)

Oh and that babies cost less than £20 a week so his £25 a week maintainance should be £10 so we're paying half each.....

My XP used to give me helpful advice on breastfeeding DD2 despite the fact that I'd breastfed DD1 for 2 years!

Perhaps the fact that he has rather large moobs made him feel as if he were some kind of expert.

First off congratulations on your bundles of joy.

SeaweedAndSandDunes seriously £20 a week yeah right that wouldn't cover nappies and wipes.

Over the years I have been accused of spending my DD's maintenance on clubbing etc even though I have not been in a club since I was pregnant 12 years ago.

Don't feel pressured to give up breastfeeding he will just have to wait to have him alone, I don't think that's asking too much.

Oh yes I get the money one, despite the fact he pays half of what CSA would make him pay, he still insists on going dutch when he sees DS (tight bastard Wink) He started quizzing what I was spending the money on until I copped on its NONE OF HIS BUSINESS!
