Hey, i was wondering what child maintenane is for, i know that sounds like a stupid question but my ex is being a bit of a cunt at the moment and saying that cos the money he's giving me for our two dc isnt going all on them (clothes, toys ect) hes threatening to cut it down,
Its going mostly on them, Christmas Birthdays treats ect but I've had to use it occasionally on food or to pay a bill.
So is it ok to use it they way i am or should i just spend it all on them?
Sorry its all a bit rambled just trying to get it out properly!

Oh wow, im amazed i can get anything, Garth from csa said has he has them twice over night a week he doesn't have to pay.
Will ring them again tomorrow and put a claim through.
I said not to bother as i wasn't entitled to anything and he's on disability money, so won't be getting a job anytime soon!
£5 a week is a bottle of wine!wink
Thanks you guys.

I do t know if the overnight stays would affect the £5 or not. Usually maintenance is reduced by 1/7 for each night over 52 in the year. But that is on the standard 15% of income paid to CSA.

I hope you get something out of him sad
