I've never even heard of it. Do you have a link for what it is?

When one parent lives abroad the courts rather than the CSA has jurisdiction and you can apply for an order under Schedule 1. The problem is an order made in the UK cannot be enforced in Saudi so unless your ex partner has assets or is paid into bank account here you may have to wait until such time he returns to the UK before you receive any payments.

It's still worth doing because no arrears in payments can be enforced without an order in place and if he doesn't return for sometime it could amount to a substantial amount of money.

Right I see, no good for me then as my twunt of an ex lives in the UK. I thought it might be a way of taking all exes to court for maintenance - would have considered that if it was!

Good luck.
