Divorce Recovery Workshop

Has anyone attended a Divorce Recovery Workshop? If so, any feedback (positive and negative)? What sort of things are covered? Do you have to bare your soul to everyone? And - very dumb question - is it valid for folk that are separated as opposed to divorced?!

Thought I saw a course advertised locally but now cant find the clipping and just wondering if its worthwhile chasing up in terms of calls/emails etc.....

i went to a similar one it was really good. you can say as much or as little as you want. but by sharing a few things you get something out of it. for separated or divorced.
