Can’t get a refund on my travelcard

I’m Working from home and have a travelcard till May. I tried to cancel and get a refund online but there’s a message to say to ring their helpline. I ring it, it advises me to go to the website ( obviously 🙄), takes me through a range of options then says it can’t help. Has anyone successfully obtained a refund recently? Thanks in advance.

Just an update, I rang in at 8am sharp and after hanging on for nearly 20 minutes I got through to an agent who is processing my refund.
