I'm starting some brand new beginners Pilates courses in and around the Reigate area. They are 6 week courses. Starting from the fundamentals of Pilates, progressing each week to challenge yourself and notice a change in your body.
Pilates can improve posture, sculpt and tone, increase flexibility and reduce lower back pain. I've noticed a major change to my body since doing it regularly. I feel better on both the inside and out.
