I was browsing the local meet-ups and I thought I spotted your name, that's all. I wouldn't like to organise a meet-up, I'm working and studying at the moment so I feel I have very little spare time.

Also, I'm not a natural leader-type! At meetings, I'm the 'stand next to the door and look terrified' type! grin

Ah, the good old fashioned wallflower. Don't worry about it, I just like to keep on the lookout for a likely candidate to help me out - it's so nice to meet mums from Mumsnet face to face. You usually find more than one kindred spirit!

Shyly pokes head round the door Hello, may I join you lovely ladies? I live in Kidlington, is there anyone else from here?

I have an almost 3 year old shock and moved here with my partner in July last year. I'm so desperate to meet other mums and make new friends and also for Josh to make little friends too smile

Hi Hailz - nice to see you here. I don't know about Kidlington itself, but I know we have at least a couple of other users from the more Northernly parts of Oxfordshire, so hopefully there's someone close to you! I know we have some pretty good listings of toddler groups around your area - at least one of them is in Kidlington itself. Have you had a look at attending those? An almost 3 year old is a good age to get out and meet other mums smile

Hi smile

I have found loads of toddler groups in kidlington. Sadley as I work full time and Josh is in nursery we can't attend them as they are all before 3pm cries

Seriously thinking of maybe starting a working mums baby/toddler group but I have no idea where to start and worried I won't have the energy sad
