Big Scream!, The Core at Corby Cube’s dedicated monthly film screening for parents with babies, continues with Song For Marion on Tuesday 14 May at 11am.

Big Scream! offers parents and guardians of babies under one year old the chance to see the latest film releases accompanied by baby in a safe and comfortable environment, where noise is no concern and babies go free. A buggy store, cloakroom and baby changing facilities are available, as part of The Core’s commitment to being a family-friendly venue.

Song For Marion is a hilarious, life-affirming journey of musical self-discovery starring Terence Stamp as a shy, grumpy pensioner who is talked into joining the choir attended by his ailing wife (Vanessa Redgrave). Gemma Arterton is the charismatic young music teacher in charge of the group, who go by the name of “OAPz”.

Admission to Big Scream! screenings is at the standard ticket price of £6.50, with concessions at £4.50 for under 16s, students, over 60s, jobseekers and disabled patrons. Tickets can be bought via The Core’s Ticket Office, with advance booking available online at www.thecorecorby.com and by phone on 01536 470 470.

Check with the Ticket Office or online for details of future Big Scream! screenings.

The film screenings take place in The Core’s main Theatre auditorium, offering comfortable seats and state of the art digital sound and projection equipment.
