Thanks to Make It Gluten Free Ltd, Mumsnet has a selection of gluten free baking mixes available as a fantastic prize in this new competition.

Make It Gluten Free offer a range of great tasting, high quality, gluten free bakery mixes (including cakes, muffins, cookies, pancakes and pizza dough) from two suppliers in the USA, "1.2.3 Gluten Free" and "Simple Mills".

- 1.2.3 Gluten Free products are made from a traditional gluten free flour mix, are very versatile and are also dairy free, egg free, nut free, soy free and sesame free.
- Simple Mills products are made from almond flour, use coconut sugar as a natural sweetener and are low carb, soy free, dairy free, grain free and Paleo-friendly.

All mixes are produced in a dedicated gluten free facility, are certified gluten free, are non-gmo and free from artificial colours, flavours and preservatives. They are easy to prepare, quick to bake and can be frozen once made, so no waste and very convenient for lunch boxes.

These are products the whole family can make and enjoy!

To enter, email HAVERING@MUMSNETLOCAL.COM by midnight on Monday 8 February with the answer to this question:

To celebrate Pancake Day, how many ingredients are used in the Simple Mills recipe for cinnamon banana pancakes with mixed berry topping?

THE WINNER CAN CHOOSE 3 MIXES FROM THE 1.2.3 GLUTEN FREE AND SIMPLE MILLS RANGES. PLEASE INDICATE YOUR CHOICES ON YOUR EMAIL.

The winner will be notified on Tuesday 9th February and will be asked to provide their postal address for delivery of their selected items.
