I wanted to post to let you know about a fabulous reflexology studio in leafy West Ealing. Reflexology Practitioner Sara Love is delighted to provide specialist fertility, pregnancy & postnatal reflexology treatments to women in the west London area, in a beautiful light and airy treatment studio in a period property 2 minutes walk from Northfields piccadilly line tube station.

Reflexology is a wonderfully relaxing and gentle therapy that works to optimise wellbeing by supporting the body's own healing and revitalising processes, promoting energy flow and calming the nervous system.

Practitioner Sara Love specialises in supporting women throughout the conception and pregnancy journey. As well as working to support fertility-related conditions such as PCOS and endometriosis, research has shown that reflexology can be incredibly effective in supporting a number of pregnancy related issues, including back pain, headaches, constipation, heartburn and fatigue.

Research has also shown that women who receive regular reflexology treatments throughout their second and third trimesters have fewer pregnancy-related complaints; reflexology can be a very powerful tool in the latter stages of pregnancy, helping support emotional balance and the body's natural processes in the days prior to birth.

Whatever stage of the pregnancy journey you are at - or if you are looking for some post-natal relaxation and support in recovery, The Reflexology Studio will be delighted to support you. Its a wonderful therapy for babies too!
