Ante-Natal Exercise

Can anyone recommend antenatal exercise that runs in evening or weekend in the Maidenhead/Windsor area?

There is an antenatal class at Windsor Leisure centre on a monday night - really good class and quite relaxed.

Hi

Was going to say the same thing, one at Windsor. I went to go this week but it was cancelled so just had a swim instead but it is supppossed to be good so am going to try again next week. Determined not to be huge again this time!
