Hi, I'm 24 with a 8 1/2 month old from Uxbridge. We have a group /activity we go to every day. If you wanna meet up at any of them we totally understand a need to find things to do! Most days it's a playgroup but we go swimming once a week and have started going to the cinema with other mums too. Send us a message if you wanna join in on any day!

Would be great if you could list the playgroups you go to and tell other Mnetters what you and your little ones like about them.

BTW - we're still looking for more local ambassadors - to organise meet-ups with other mums (and dads), list and review events and places for us on the site. In return we'll love you - of course- but will also organise local discounts and treats for you.
DM to find out more.

nappy library are the groups you go to in uxbridge drop in or do you have to book? my friend lives in uxbridge (im eastcote so not far) n we were looking for some groups n activites to go to round there but i couldnt find much so any recommendations would be good, especially for mixed ages hers is 4 months mine that would be going are 2 and 1

dont think im classed as a young mum anymore (26) but i was when i had my eldest so i still find compared to me like most of the other mums at school are quite a bit older

We go to a NCT Bumps & Babies group on Mondays 1.30-3.30 which is £1.50 drop in, but that;s just for under ones.
Tuesdays we sometimes go to the stay and play at Yiewsley cornerstone, but you do have to book for that one.
We go to a playgroup at St Matthews Church Yiewsley on Wednesdays (1.30 -3) which is all ages to pre school, £1 per family. It's great for us because our friends with older kids can come too! That's a drop in one.

Hey, I'm 22 with a 5 week old.. I also live in Uxbridge! Unfortunately I don't know many people as I moved here at the end of my pregnancy.. Give me a shout if you wanted to meet for coffee (or iced drink in this weather!)
