Brighton/Hove : Cool kid's music group

Hi there Mumsnet! I run Music for Aardvarks in Brighton, Hove and Hassocks and just wanted to let everyone know I've got new Wednesday classes in September at Westows Play and Football in Hove. For £4 you get a cool music class and after you can play as long as you like (on their indoor playframe, bouncy castle, football pitch etc) and have coffee with friends. There is an accompanying CD to buy (£10) but after that it's just a drop-in fee of £4. I expect these classes to fill up in the next few months but there is plenty of room at the moment. The classes are a bit different than regular kid's music groups - we do lots of funky, original, cool songs that parents love as much as the kids. No Miss Polly Had a Dolly heard here. We dance, sing, play instruments, have lullabies with the guitar and generally have a really fun time. It's a real interactive class with all the adults getting involved too. For ages 5 mo - 5 years. hello, I would be interested in coming for a trial class - but the times of the classes aren't included on the website - when are they going to be run?

Hi Pollyanna,
Would love to have you. Clases run Tuesdays in Central Brighton / Wednesdays in Hove / Thursdays in Patcham /Fridays near Preston Park. All mornings. New term starts Sept 8th. Look for times and maps at www.uk-aardvarks.co.uk And just shoot me an email what day you'd like to trial.

I would be intersted in doing a taster session too - Tues at 10 in Brighton is the one that suits me best. Would that be ok and if so cna you let me know what to do next? thanks

That class is actually full up but there is lots of room in the 11am on that morning. If you want to trial that one on Sept 10th, I can put you at the top of the waiting list for a space in the 10am. Does that work for you? Email me at [email protected]
