salmon & broccoli in cheese sauce
beef casserole
fish fingers n chips

fruit & yoghurt etc

lol kew, there should be an or between them! altho if it ends up being meat/fish i can do a quick veggie pasta pesto for those that require it.

Tea and coffee for the grownups but that'll be about it I'm 'fraid.

DS can't eat anything with egg, nuts or soya, so those options are fine for him. Whether he will eat it or not is another matter...
