post natal exercise classes

I am looking for post natal exercise classes, which would let me take my baby along - who is 3 months - i don't have any family nearby, so am lacking baby sitters and would like to become more active.

Epsom Hospital do them - and everyone takes their baby along

They run post-natal exercise classes at Spectrum where you can take baby along. You just take the babies in with you in the studio and they usually quite happily watch you bounce around! I did it after my second baby and it was good fun.
