Moving home!

Hey everyone!

My partner and I are looking to buy a house, we currently are renting in Chelmsford and as much as we’d love to stay here, it’s just too expensive. So we’ve been looking at the surrounding areas and Witham and Braintree seem more affordable, but we don’t know much about which areas/estates to avoid! Much appreciated if you could help us out and let us know where to avoid! We’ve been leaning more towards Witham so far! Thanks!
