Moving To Bicester v's Milton Keynes v's Eastleigh

Just looking for some advice on which of these areas would be more suitable for a single youngish (30s) female moving to a new area. I work at home so that's not an issue though need to be near good areas for IT employment in case a new contract needs me in the office couple of times a week. Would like a good bar scene, shopping etc but would like the opportunity to meet a new partner in a non-chavvy area ie a professional? Does anyone have any knowledge of these areas?
