Make your child’s Christmas that extra bit special with a visit to Enchanted Wonderland at the Chilterns Shopping Centre; High Wycombe’s most memorable Christmas experience.

Hosted by Wycombe Food Hub, and in association with WycombeSanta, this interactive Christmas experience gives the traditional Santa’s grotto an overdue make-over.

Visit Enchanted Wonderland and you will see we’ve lovingly recreated Santa’s famous arctic home in the North Pole. Guided by Mrs. Claus, children will discover their elf name and explore the enchanted wonderland. Afterwards they will be invited to meet Father Christmas and receive a special gift.

Your child’s adventure begins here…

Guided by Mrs. Claus, children will discover their elf name and explore the enchanted wonderland. Afterwards they’ll be invited to meet Father Christmas, receive a special gift, and if they’ve been very good their name will be written on the nice list.

Your visit to Enchanted Wonderland includes:
Admission for your children,
Admission for accompanying adults,
Activities with Mrs. Claus in the enchanted wonderland,
Meeting with Father Christmas,
Receiving a special gift.

Enchanted Wonderland is an interactive experience designed for young people aged five to eight years old, we will accept children younger or older so long as they can keep the magic alive!

We are only selling tickets to family bubbles in groups of two, three, four, five, or six. The number of people in a family bubble includes adults.
For example, a "group of four" ticket could include one child and three adults, two children and two adults, or three children and one adult.
Additional people will not be admitted.

Under 3's go free and do not count towards your family group, but please note: they will not receive a gift from Santa.

“…the best grotto we have been to in her eight years. Thank you so much. It was personal, magical and everyone was fantastic!” – Mum of one

“The girls aged 9 and 10… had a great time playing with the elves and meeting Santa… Good value for money too.” – Catherine, mum of two

“What a lovely experience. Even our little one had fun. Would really recommend this as a lovely way to see Father Christmas.” – Jennifer, mum of two

Building on last year’s success with Santa’s Front Room, WycombeSanta are back and we have been working hard to ensure safety for all our staff and your family when you arrive.

Tickets are being sold to family bubbles of six or less, so there is no need to worry about proximity to other families.

In line with current guidelines children under 11 are not required to wear masks, but we politely ask adults to wear a mask/face-covering while visiting Enchanted Wonderland.

Between groups leaving and entering we have left enough time to ventilate the performance space and sanitise any equipment the children have used.

Hand sanitiser will be available on arrival for adults and children.

If the event cancelled due to a localised or national lockdown you have two options:
- You can transfer your ticket to our Enchanted Wonderland Online; an interactive, online experience giving your that magical Enchanted Wonderland experience from the comfort of your own home. Plus, you'll still receive a special gift from Santa.
- Or we will do our best to rearrange your visit. If this is not possible you are entitled to a full refund.
