Single mum moving to Newcastle from London - Advice pleade

Im a single mum with 2 children (9 years 2 years old). My 9 years old has autism, speech and language difficulties and learning disability.

I currently live in London, and looking to move to Newcastle with my kids as housing prices in London are too high. I currently rent privately on housing benefit but I still see myself having to top up £490 every month.

Im looking to rent 2 bedroom flat/house for us. My 9 years old has an EHCP plan in place, currently attending state school so ideally Im looking for place with good schools especially for SEN children.

A safety area with, parks and activities to do with children is also very important.

Also what are the job prospects in Newcastle? Im currently studying to be a User experience Designer. My course will finish early next year.

I would appreciate any advice, where to look etc.
