Hello all, I'm moving back to UK after being overseas many years. I decided on the beautiful Brighton area and fell in love with Rottingdean's small village feel and accessibility to the city. However, I 'only' have around 370,000-400,000 for a house which doesn't seem to buy much in this area so I'm also looking at Saltdean area.
Telscombe Cliffs comes up a lot and has more space for less money - what are the downsides? I want somewhere with low crime or anti-social behavior, and ideally on a bus route into Brighton. Any advice, please? Thank you.
